Handcrafted from native Iowa walnut, this sourdough mixing stick features a tapered cutting edge designed to efficiently blend and incorporate your starter. The substantial 1" thick handle provides comfortable control, while the rounded spatula end reaches into corners and folds ingredients seamlessly. Measuring 13-14" in length with custom sizes available, each stick is meticulously carved, sanded, and finished with our signature SpoonButta beeswax and olive oil blend to nourish and protect the wood. A purposeful tool for serious sourdough makers.

Care insructions: Handwash. May use dish soap. Avoid soaking. Re-oil with food-safe oil every 2-4 weeks. Premium care, re-oil with our SpoonButta (sold separately) every 4-6 weeks.
